Products & Services Services
Biodesix offers analysis and consultative services for clients wanting to evaluate our technology for their own research or have specific proteomics mass spectrometry analysis performed by our world class experts. Projects are confidential and cost effective utilizing Biodesix’s proprietary ProTS Platform.
Biodesix opperates under a collaborative environment. Full reports and discussions with our experts are provided.

Results are provided quickly!
Turn around time is generally less than 7 business days.
All analyses are strictly confidential. Biodesix follows FDA electronic data transmission and HIPAA guidelines. All work is performed under NDA. Mass Spectra can be securely uploaded to Biodesix’s server or we can make arrangements to have your samples processed at our world class collaborative facilities.
Project requirements are straight forward.
Biodesix's well established and validated analysis is readily accessible to researchers wanting to answer specific clinical questions.
No Preprocessing. Serum or plasma is collected via standard CTEP protocols.
Also, Biodesix has proven results with cell lysates, FNAs, Laser Disection and Capture, tissue samples, EPFs.
Our technology is so straight forward, inexpensive and only requires a few microliters of sample, that incorporating our non-invasive proteomic analysis techniques into your clinical trials and research experiments simply makes sense.

Classification Project Requirements:
  • If comparative analysis is desired, the data set should be divided in distinct groups, based on clinical or other characteristics, or by a simple group designation.
  • Cohort sample sizes for each distinct group should be greater than N = 20.
  • It is highly desirable to have independent test sets available for further blinded validation.
  • Comprehensive patient data for a multivariate analysis is desired.
  • 1. Biomarker Detection
Provided with spectra from distinguishing groups Biodesix will provide an expression analysis and a feature table of selected features. The average feature values are presented for comparison. The variation of the features is shown in the CV columns.
