Ryan Siurek is an experienced finance executive with over 25 years of U.S. and international business experience. He has served as Biodesix Chief Accounting Officer since December 2020 and previously held positions as divisional CFO for two divisions of a Fortune 100 company and as Chief Accounting Officer/Controller for two public companies.
Before joining Biodesix, Ryan served as SVP, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Vail Resorts Inc. from April 2016 to October 2020. Prior to Vail Resorts, Ryan served as Chief Financial Officer for Sprint Corporation’s prepaid and wholesale division and as VP, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. He served as VP, Assistant Controller of Sprint Corporation and LyondellBasell Industries, where he held various positions, including Director of Risk Management and Global Shared Services from, European Controller, and Senior Manager of Technical Accounting and served as its Controller for European Operations.
Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Financial Reporting Executive Committee (FinREC), a senior committee focused on financial reporting matters as well as the Small Business Advisory Committee (SBAC) of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) representing small businesses in the accounting standards setting process.
Ryan holds a Bachelor’s and Master's Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
