ORACLE Clinical Trial: An Observational Registry Study to Evaluate the Performance of the BDX-XL2 Test
ORACLE is a multicenter, observational research registry study to evaluate the Impact of the BDX-XL2 integrated classifier when used in the clinical management of recently identified lung nodules assessed to have a low to moderate risk of cancer.
The primary objective is to show a statistically significant reduction in the proportion of benign lung nodules experiencing invasive procedures (biopsies or surgery) between a prospective group of patients managed by BDX-XL2 and a contemporaneous group not managed by BDX-XL2.
INSIGHT Clinical Trial: An Observational Study Assessing the Clinical Effectiveness of the VeriStrat® Test and Validating Immunotherapy Tests in Subjects with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
The purpose of this prospective, observational study is to collect information about how a physician uses the results of the VeriStrat® blood test to guide treatment decisions for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Understanding how VeriStrat test results influence physician decisions and patient outcomes may help to better treat NSCLC in the future. This study will also look to establish whether new investigational tests can help better predict the effectiveness of certain medications for certain patients.
