Clinical Studies

We are dedicated to the development of clinical research that supports improving patient care.

Lung Nodule Study

ORACLE Clinical Study: An Observational Registry Study to Evaluate the Performance of the Nodify XL2™ Test

ORACLE is a multicenter, prospective observational registry study to evaluate the impact of the Nodify XL2 integrated classifier when used in the clinical management of recently identified lung nodules assessed to have a low to moderate risk of cancer.

The primary objective of the study is to demonstrate a significant reduction in the proportion of invasive procedures (biopsies or surgery) performed on patients with benign lung nodules as compared to current standard of care in lung nodule management.

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Study

INSIGHT Clinical Study: An Observational Study Assessing the Clinical Effectiveness of the VeriStrat® Test and Validating Immunotherapy Tests in Subjects with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The purpose of this prospective, observational study is to collect information about how a physician uses the results of the VeriStrat® blood test to guide treatment decisions for patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Understanding how VeriStrat test results influence physician decisions and patient outcomes may help to better treat NSCLC in the future. This study will also look to establish whether new investigational tests can help better predict the effectiveness of certain medications for certain patients.
