How Does Ordering Nodify Lung Testing Work for Physicians?

Place a Secure Order
Your name and NPI, along with patient clinical and insurance information, will be required.
Email Confirmation
Receive an email confirmation with a link to our Test Results Portal.
Home Phlebotomy
Our Home Phlebotomy team will contact your patient to coordinate a blood draw appointment.
Results in 1-5 Business Days*
Upon our CLIA Laboratory receiving patient samples, results are delivered in 1-5 business days*.

*For Nodify CDT, one business day from sample receipt represents the average turnaround time. For XL2, 5 business days from sample receipt represents the average turnaround time. Individual test turnaround times may vary.

Nodify Lung® At-A-Glance

NodifyCDT

The Nodify CDT® test helps identify patients who may benefit from timely intervention by measuring 7 auto-antibodies associated with lung cancer.

NodifyXL2

The Nodify XL2® test helps identify patients who may benefit from CT surveillance by measuring the ratio of two proteins combined with five clinical risk factors.

Patient Criteria

Who Is Eligible?

Nodify Lung® testing is indicated for patients who meet the following criteria:

  • 4-30 mm newly identified nodule*
  • ≥40 years old
  • ICD-10 codes

    R91.1 (solitary nodule) or R91.8 (multiple nodules)

  • Cancer History**

    Nodify CDT® Test: no previous diagnosis of cancer

    Nodify XL2® Test: no history of lung cancer or diagnosis of non-lung cancer within last 5 years

  • Risk of Malignancy***

    ≤50% Nodify Lung Testing Strategy

    ≤65% Nodify CDT Test only

*4 to <8 mm eligible for Nodify CDT test only. Not validated for nodules with growth in size or density on serial CT.

**Excluding basal cell carcinoma
