An NGS IVD test for solid tumor mutations

The Oncomine™ Dx Express Test, approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), performed on the Ion Torrent™ Genexus™ Dx Integrated Sequencer, is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) assay for use as a companion diagnostic (CDx) for sunvozertinib and for use in tumor profiling. This NGS panel detects multiple classes of mutations in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue to enable physicians to more quickly adapt patient care for a more personalized and effective treatment pathway. The Oncomine Dx Express Test may enable a more timely and targeted treatment pathway for patients with solid tumors.
